You're Dreamin', People, Of Course There Is - The Evidence On the Ground Pretty Much Each and Every Single Day - and Night - Is Just Too Patently Clear and Obvious, In Your Face...But Bear In Mind It's Been That Way Long Before Donald J Trump (Dis)graced the Oval Office...& That 'Systems' are Only as Good as Their Weakest Link, Of Which In This Instance There Have Been Innumerable, & That 'Systems' are Made Up Of Individual Men and Women, Who - FOR WHATEVER REASON - Do Not Ever and Only Act From Their 'Better Selves'...Though In My Own Longstanding Opinion, America's Police Departments Have Long Since Been Infiltrated and Dominated By the Ku Klux Klan, Assorted White Supremacists, and Various Disaffected Ex-Military Personnel and the like
